Order Delivery Estimate

Ready to ship items will be sent off within one week; please allow 3 to 4 weeks for all made to order items. Production and shipping time frame varies based on available stock and order size.

Shipping Domestic

All items will be shipped via UPS. Orders are shipped ground; a faster shipping method must be requested and will result in an increase in shipping price. 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS.

Shipping International

We can ship internationally. keraclay is not responsible for any taxes and/or custom duties for international shipping. Please contact hello@keraclay.com for details.

Returns

Please consider the handmade nature of our products pieces; slight variations are to be expected.

All sales are final. No returns and/or exchanges accepted.

Damaged Items

Within 2 days of receiving your goods, report breakage or incorrectly delivered items to KERACLAY. If pieces have broken during shipment e-mail hello@keraclay.com, include a photograph of ALL broken pieces in the e-mail. Retain all packaging materials including the box. These materials are needed for inspection of a damage claim. Credit/refunds will not be issued without the original packaging materials and a photograph of the broken items.
